Receptionist Check-in

"Hello! How can I help you today?"

When you arrive at the clinical trial site, the receptionist will greet you. You will give your name and say that you’re here for your screening visit.

The receptionist may give you paperwork to fill out basic information such as your name, address, condition, and any data specific to the trial that brought you to the site.

Fill these out in the waiting area while you wait for the study coordinator who takes care of the logistical aspects of the trial.

Reminder: You can ask the clinical research team ahead of your visit if it is ok to have a friend or loved one come with you to this and other visits. They are welcome to ask questions and help you with the entire process.
